Paolo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from the De La Salle University 

with a Major in Management of Financial Institutions. He is a trained banker with 8 years of experience specializing in Cash Management and business integration. He is one of Lay Bare's co-founder since its inception in 2006. Was head of Business Development in 2009, and took the role of President in 2016.  

Former Shop Host Turned CEO Hiyasmin Neri-Soyao changed the e-commerce game by co-founding and launching the country’s first livestream shopping network. Hiyasmin’s previous experiences in shop hosting, digital marketing, and video production set the foundations of Shoppertainment Live Inc.

For five years, Hiyasmin worked as a professional shop host for ACJ O Shopping. She was extensively trained by leading experts at the CJ Broadcasting Academy in South Korea.

Aside from appearing on television as an actress and hosting for corporate events, the former ABS-CBN Star Magic actress handled digital lifestyle brands as a Market Head in ABS-CBN’s Creative Programs Inc. Hiyasmin also worked as a content producer for various lifestyle publishers and channels in the Philippines such as ABS-CBN, One Mega Group, and ANC. Hiyasmin also closely trains Shoppertainment Live’s roster of Influensales™ hosts in shop hosting, selling and marketing products on live broadcast.

Hiyasmin is also named as one of Tatler Asia’s 2021 Generation T Leaders of Tomorrow and is currently a Philippine delegate to Alibaba through the Alibaba Global Netpreneur program. Hiyasmin finished her undergrad studies from the University of the Philippines Diliman and her Masters in Business Administration at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.

Christopher Erise Baloaloa is an Entrepreneur and an accomplished marketing professional with experience in retail fashion and consumer goods.

He is currently the Marketing Head for ELRO Retail and has over a decade of a career that extends across: business strategies, operations, branding, merchandising, and most especially in Marketing. He is passionate about building brands and growing businesses.

Erise completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management at the University of Santo Tomas in Manila and is currently finishing his master's degree at the De La Salle University Manila.

Anna is a Partner of Deloitte Southeast Asia and is the first woman Country Risk Advisory Services Leader. Concurrently she leads Deloitte Philippines’ Cyber Risk Services and is Deloitte PH’s Financial Services Leader. She has over 22 years of solid experience in the fields of Cyber Risk Management, Information Technology Security Strategies and Technology Implementations.

Her portfolio of Cyber Security Services includes Security Strategy and Governance, Vulnerability Management, Security Implementations and Security Operations for Financial Services, Utilities and Power Companies. 

She helps companies navigate through the complex requirements of Data Privacy, Cyber Security and emerging risks brought about by new technologies and business trends such as Digital Transformation, Cloud, Mobility, IOT, RPA and Artificial intelligence. She draws her insight from her vast practical experience as the former head of Technology Information Security Group of the Philippines’ largest Telco wherein she was responsible for the management of strategic initiatives to preserve the availability, integrity and confidentiality of information assets and resources.

Prior to her Telco role, she was also one of the youngest Vice Presidents of the Philippines' largest Universal Bank and the head of its Information Systems Audit Department. In her earlier years, she was with a consulting company performing various IT risk services here in the Philippines and in Australia.

Anna graduated from the University of the Philippines Diliman with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accountancy and holds a Masters of Science degree in Information Management from Ateneo Institute of Technology. She is both a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Information Systems Auditor.
