To make sure everybody actually attend the event, a 20$ Cancellation Fee will apply to those who registered but not showing up. (cause we will prepare the seats, food, beverage, documents, badge for you and everybody else is expecting you).

VIP Pass can be substituted by a colleague (within the same organization) with a higher job title.

(2) for Vendor Delegate Pass Holder

cancellation made 3 weeks prior the event date - 80% refundable

cancellation made 2 week prior the event date - 50% refundable

cancellation within 1 week to the event date - non-refundable

Vendor Delegate Pass can be transferred to a colleague (within the same organization) and it is applicable only for this very event.
