Escom Events encourages our attendees to complete a short onsite event services quality survey (Evaluation Form) to help us to improve the quality of our future events, and as a small token of appreciation for those who did, we will send out a website link where all the speaker's presentations are available for download. The Evaluation Form will be available at the conference registration desk.

Escom Events will send an email with venue details two weeks before the event. If you have any queries, please contact our office.

Your conference documentation book will be distributed the morning of the first day of the event. We kindly suggest that you fill out the evaluation forms of our events in exchange of CD-ROMs containing soft copies of conference and presentation materials by the close of the event.

There is a delegate list available in the documentation package. Please speak to our staff, who will help introduce you to the particular delegate.

Full payment is required within 5 days of registration acknowledgment via delivery receipt. PLEASE NOTE: payment must be received prior to the event date. Payment will be received bank transfer or third party pay like PayPal.

The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee. To take advantage of our corporate accommodation rate, please quote you are attending a Escom Events event when making your reservation at the venue hotel.

Yes. Escom Events will notify you via two emails two weeks prior to the event with details and the finalized event agenda. 

Absolutely. Please speak with our event staff and we will arrange a proper opportunity to participate.

The dress code at the event is business smart (suit and tie, but not compulsory).

You can chose to outsource the full turnkey project to Escom, only to set goals and expectations and let Escom to take care everything (such as client acquisition, speaker invitation, event management and execution and post event report…), or you can work jointly with Escom team on the event agenda, speaker acquisition, delegate invitation etc. to sure you have a high level of control over the event content and quality.

The total number of attendees is up to your projection toward the event. Yes As the event owner you can provide Escom a list of your potential clients (wish-list) and we will have a dedicated team to acquire those delegates.

The quality and result of the event is largely depend on the quality of the attendees, Escom team has a very big data base of potential clients from our years of exhibition and conference businesses, plus we have a professional telemarketing team who will extensively do phone call invitations to those delegates on your wishlist. We will take advantage of all other marketing and promotion methods too such as website marketing, EDM, social media channels. Escom will ensure the delegates understand why this seminar could help their business growth and how easy it is to participate the event, we will include some lucky draw or voucher sessions too as an attraction for audience attendance.

As the event owner, your company will send a few speakers. In case you need Escom to invite the speakers from other companies or organizations to contribute we will work on the acquisition too.

It can be someone from your company, someone from Escom team, or a well known expert in the industry that you wish Escom to invite.

Escom will gather those information for you. During the online registration the attendees can chose to either share their contact info or not, and we will only share those delegates who agreed their contact information can be shared

There is a voting, rating mechanism in the platform itself. In case additional evaluation is needed by the event owner, Escom will create another online evaluation form sent to all attendees post the event.
