ROWENA CANLAS RAMOS is a Registered Architect, a Certified BERDE Professional (CBP) and a leader in the promotion of the National Voluntary Green Building Rating System, BERDE.

Ms. Ramos currently serves at the Vice Chair of the Philippine Green Building Council (PHILGBC) Board of Trustees, and leads the PHILGBC BERDE Committee as Chair. A Fellow of the Asia-Pacific Green Building Leadership Program of the Australian Leadership Awards Fellowship (ALAF). She represents Ecotektonika, Inc., a founding corporate member of the PHILGBC. As the Principal for Architecture and Sustainability Practice of Ecotektonika, Inc. (ETK), she leads the team in the delivery of projects that are ecologically sustainable in design, construction and operations through the use of BERDE Green Building Rating System, Advancing Net Zero Philippines Program, and the Health and Well-being for Buildings Program. With Team ETK, she delivered pilot projects under the latest PHILGBC rating tools: BERDE-Districts and Health and Well-being for Buildings.

Committed to delivering world-class certified green buildings she received special achievement recognition from the World GBC Asia Pacific Leadership Green Building Awards 2020 "Recognized for her firm commitment to putting sustainability at the core of the built environment in the Philippines." Angelo M. Gandia is the Chief Marketing Officer at Aviso Valuation and Advisory, a premier real estate valuation and development consultancy firm. With a wealth of experience exceeding 12 years, Angelo has adeptly overseen projects for local and international real estate developers and government agencies. His contributions have significantly aided the progression of urban development and infrastructure initiatives. Notably, his exemplary leadership has underpinned the successful execution of major undertakings, including the completion of Property Market Research and Financial Feasibility Studies for the Mega Manila Subway Project, the North-South Commuter Railway Project, interconnectivity projects of DPWH and DoTr, as well as venture projects of the National Development Company, HDMF, SSS, TIEZA, AFPMBAI, and a range of esteemed international firms such as Nomura Real Estate, Hiram Partners, CBRE USA & Singapore, Bank of China, and SEA Group.

Erika has a combined 9 years of experience in the investment sales and commercial leasing real estate. As a senior manager in Investment Sales, she helps the team develop and implement
strategies for clients’ property portfolios which involves establishing broker’s opinion of value, financial modeling, identifying highest and best uses across multiple segments – office,
residential, logistics, and mixed-use township developments. Prior to joining the Investment Sales group, Erika was a senior manager in our Commercial Leasing group where she coordinated over 250,000 sqm of commercial real estate for top global companies and Fortune 500 companies across Metro Manila, Cebu, Iloilo, Pampanga, and other key provinces in the Philippines.

Paolo Ernesto V. Reyes is 43 years old. He has gained 19 years of experience in the field of property development. He has been with Phinma Property Holdings Corporation since 2022 as its Chief Township Officer. Prior to this, he had fulfilled several roles for Rockwell Land Corporation and Arthaland in the areas of Business and Project Development. He graduated from the University of the Philippines with honors and holds a Masters Degree in Regional Development Planning from the Techniche Universitat Dortmund in Germany.

Driven by a unique career trajectory that transitioned from the sciences to a prominent role
in the hospitality industry, Cecille has amassed an impressive 23 years of experience,
establishing herself as a dynamic and accomplished hotelier. Beginning her journey with a
degree in biology, Cecille made a pivotal shift into sales and subsequently delved into
operations within the hospitality sector.

Cecille's journey in the hospitality industry commenced when she secured a position in an
internationally renowned hotel in Makati, transitioning from her background in sales.
Demonstrating exceptional dedication and leadership skills, she climbed the corporate
ladder, leaving an indelible mark on properties across Metro Manila and the scenic shores
of Boracay.

In 2016, Cecille joined The Ascott Limited – Philippines, assuming the role of Residence
Manager at Somerset Alabang Manila. Her proficiency and commitment to excellence
propelled her ascent, leading to her appointment as General Manager for Ascott Makati and
Somerset Millennium Makati in April 2022.

In a testament to her outstanding capabilities, Cecille's journey reached new heights in 2023
when she was appointed as the Area Manager for The Ascott Limited, responsible for
overseeing the operations of multiple fundamental properties in Makati. This portfolio
includes Ascott Makati, Somerset Millennium Makati, Citadines Benavidez Makati,
Citadines Salcedo Makati, Somerset Central Salcedo Makati, and the soon-to-open
Somerset Valero Makati.
