🍃 How much do we really need to know to lead or design a sustainable organization?
🍃 What is distinctive about being “purpose-driven” that is different from how we operate today?
🍃 What impact does sustainability have on our business design choices and levers of change?
🍃 How do you plan a transition away from older business models and practices?
🍃 What type of model allows aligning your transition plans with compliance, talent development and innovation practices?
🍃 How do we reorient innovation practices to deal with issues of sustainability?
🍃 How do new boundary conditions affect our approach to innovation?
🍃 How do we align new sustainable innovation practices with job functions and roles to achieve the best results?
As Harvard strategy expert Michael Porter noted,
“The purpose of the corporation must be redefined as creating shared value, not just profit per se. This will drive the next wave of innovation and productivity growth in the global economy.”
This workshop offers a powerful first step toward building organizations that thrive through innovation, responsibility, and purpose.
