Dr. Kevin, a seasoned occupational and digital medicine practitioner in the Philippines, brings nearly 10 years of diverse experience. His career spans roles in both the public and the private sector and he still actively consults for health startups both locally and regionally, contributing valuable insights to growth, market penetration and clinical relevance.

As the Founding President of the Philippine Digital Medicine Society, Dr. Kevin leads advancements at the intersection of medicine and technology, along with the societal and social impact it brings to all stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem.

Rosell is a Partner and the Risk Assurance Leader of PwC Philippines. She has more than 23 years of solid professional work experience, helping companies in various industries, as a reliable business partner, in navigating business challenges in the areas of information technology, information security, data privacy, business analytics, governance, risk, and controls. In addition to her role as a Client Service Partner, Rosell also serves as the Firm’s Chief Information and Data Officer.

She is a Board of Trustee of Institute of Internal Auditor – Philippines (IIA-P) and the Vice-President for External Affairs. She previously served as a Board of Trustee of ISACA Manila Chapter for the past 6 years and as a part-time professional lecturer at De La Salle University-Manila.

Edison’s background includes being the current Vice President for Information Technology Directorate of Manila Doctors Hospital. Edison was also the Vice President for Information and Communications Technology (ICT) of Makati Medical Center (MMC). He has 29 years work experience in Information Technology, Information Systems Audit and Internal Audit gained from Philippine National Oil Company, Petron Corporation, and MMC. His strengths are in the areas of Information Systems Audit, Applications Development and Business Systems Support, Multi-site roll-out of SAP and Office Automations. He earned a BSC Business Management degree from De La Salle University, Manila. He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) by ISACA, Manila Chapter.

Their strategic vision materialized in seamlessly integrating a Hospital Information System, Vendor Neutral Archive, advanced accounting systems, Document Management, and a Patient portal, culminating in a state-of-the-art healthcare infrastructure.

CGHMC's technological landscape has been transformed under Jamie's leadership, marked by pioneering the first QR code system for PCR test authentication in the Philippines amidst the COVID-19 pandemic—a leap forward in medical data verification. Further innovations include the implementation of Express Admission through the use of ICT Mobile Carts and the launching of a Health Information Exchange (HIE) initiative, setting new benchmarks for healthcare efficiency and patient engagement.

Dr. Raymond is a physician-scientist and currently the Director of the National Telehealth Center, National Institutes of Health, University of the Philippines Manila. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor of the UP College of Medicine's Medical Informatics Unit and chair of the Health Informatics for Development Working Group of the International Medical Informatics Association. He is the current president of HL7 Philippines (2022-present) and is also the immediate past president of the Philippine Medical Informatics Society (2017-2021). He is the Philippines’ representative to the WHO Working Group on Regulatory Considerations on Artificial Intelligence for Healthcare and is a member of the Philippines’ Health Technology Assessment Council. He also serves as Section Editor of the Implementation Science for Digital Health and Medical Artificial Intelligence section for PLOS Digital Health journal.

Dr. Sarmiento graduated from the University of the Philippines College of Medicine in 2008 and finished his Public Health Informatics Fellowship from 2014 to 2016 in the Division of Surveillance, Hazard Evaluations, and Field Studies at the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Prior to joining the U.S. CDC, he completed a postdoctoral fellowship in medical informatics from 2012-2014 at the Lister Hill National Center for Biomedical Communications, National Library of Medicine at the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, Maryland.

In 2019, he was awarded by the National Academy of Science and Technology (NAST) – Philippines as its Outstanding Young Scientist in the field of Public Health Informatics, and was selected as one of the global fellows to the prestigious Young Physician Leaders program of the InterAcademy Partnership or IAP (the association of National Academies of Science and Technology in the world). In 2020, he was honored by the JCI Philippines, TOYM Foundation, and Gerry Roxas Foundation as one of The Outstanding Young Men (TOYM) as its Honoree for Medicine.
