Currently Mike oversees Escom's conference concept planning and content generation. Mike eyes on digital transformation and technological innovation that moves the SE Asia economy to the next level.
Gloria started her career journey with Escom Events as sponsorship sales executive. With her remarkable sales performance, she was promoted as the assistant sales manager and then event manager overseeing the whole process of event management. Gloria has been involved in many vertical markets including automotive, healthcare, hospitality, f&b, infrastructure. She now is working as the VP for operations and has been focusing on vertical markets including but not limited to automotive, hospitality and food and drinks industries.One major achievement Gloria has done in Escom is that she created one of Escom’ pillar businesses - Hospitality Asia series events which contains annually hosting hospitality events in Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Japan, Singapore and China. She aims at continuously expanding Escom’ hospitality and food & drinks event series both in scale and quality, representing the very frontier of Hospitality and F&B industries in Asia.

Troy currently holds the VP of brand growth role in Escom Events Group. Prior this role, Troy has worked as a BD and event operations manager for over 6 years. He is a real expert in dealing with any aspects of event operations and event brand growth. Troy has deep insights into the economy growth and the trends of B2B events in Southeast Asia market and he is committed to client satisfaction and strives to build long-term relationships with them.
Cara is a market research director with prior experience in senior management roles in a couple of global fortune 500 companies and she has profound knowledge and indeepth insights over retail/ marketing/ digtialization/ and big data sectors. Currelty Cara heads Escom's market research and content planning of our digital transformation themed events.
Angela started her career in exhibitions industry 10 years ago and she had worked in varies event roles such as exhibitions sales, conference content planning, project management and sales team management. She is an expert communicator and problem-solver. She always finds the most efficient and optimized process for delivering event projects. Angela's key focus now is in Retail/ eCommerce and Digitalization themed events, and currently as the vice president of Escom Events, Angela is respnosibile for Asia Retail Innovations, eCommerce Asia, Digital Banking Asia brands operations and growth in Southeast Asia.
Edward joined Escom Events 5 years ago as a senior conference projects. He shifted his focus from industry conference to bespoke events planning and management 3 years ago and currently he is the leader of Escom's bespoke event cluster. Edward gives professional research and advice to clients to ensure the success of the project as well as the pleasant and rewarding event experiences of all attendees.
Ces is a Senior Conference Producer at Escom working on Southeast Asia market. She's been with the team for four years and has worked all around the industry since 2013. Through her long background in event management and operations, Ces is leading the production team of Cybersecurity and Digital Healthcare brands, in performing pre and post event planning duties. Prior to joining Escom, Ces was producing event brands in infrastructure and white collar crimes in Asia, Australia, and US.
Maggie has been working with Escom Events since 2018.She is an experienced event producer with a track record of delivering results in International markets with emphasis in ASEAN countries. With her assistance, we successfully launched dozen series of high-profile B2B commercial events. She enjoys planning & managing the conferences by bridging the industry-related speakers and delegates together. She recruited and managed over 50 senior level speakers per event from top organizations across public and private sectors.
Sonia is currently the Conference Producer of Escom Events. She is a skilled conference planner with over 7 years’ experience in B2B conference organizing and coordinating. She handled global exhibitions for several event companies prior working with Escom. Her focus is to deliver successful events that receive positive feedback from attendees and sponsors, achieve revenue target whilst maintaining quality and increasing branding. She worked as an event assistant for Escom's conference projects in China and now she had been promoted to the assistant conference producer role and her main responsibility is to acquire speakers, delegates and manage conference partnership for the Hospitality Asia and Food Drinks Innovate Asia events.
Tia is a Assistant Producer at Escom Event Group, she currently hold VIP Invitation for Retail/ eCommerce and Digitalization events. Tia has been focused and worked on conference since 2 years ago. Working to the priorities set by the Head of Development and senior team, and take responsibilities for delivering the invitation.
Yekti started her career in event industry 5 years ago. She had experience in several role such as event operations, event coordinator, event marketing also event and conference producer. She was also do public relation and social media handling. Her role in Escom-Events currently is an Assistant Conference Producer which is doing the delegates management.
Alady has 4 years of work experience in marketing and PR in the FMCG industry in Singapore and she joined Escom Events in 2020 as virtual events producer. Currently she works for retail/ eCommerce and digitalization themed events content creation, speakers acquisition and event marketing.

Jed has adept experience in sales in marketing and has been working on producing high-quality events with expertise. Strong operations professional and skilled in Sales, Sales Management, Documentation, Lead Generation, Communications, Project Management and can lead a team with no supervision. He has worked for more than 20 events both online and offline events taking in various roles such as: Sponsorship sales, Delegates acquisition and services, event production, and technical support. He focuses on the Retail and Banking themed events for Escom and targets the entire Asia Pacific region.
Lei worked for 10 years in exhibitions Sales and previously he has been engaged with west China international fairs sales and client engagement. Lei joined Escom Events since 2018 and currently he looks after Chinese companies who are venturing to oversea markets, especially Southeast Asia, to help them find the right exhibitions, conferences or do bespoke events for them to promote its productions or solutions to its potential clients.
Mary has been in the industry for 3 years. Started her career as Sales Support in Escom and is now working as Client Success Manager. She’s one of the person behind the success of Hospitality Asia events that took place in Philippines, Vietnam, Japan, Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia. She clearly understands the team’s goal and working passionately to meet the client’s best expectation. Now, that the pandemic is restricting the social gathering Mary and the team will not be limited to do their passion and it is to bring the best conference event in Southeast Asia whether in means of webinar or physical and shall expand the business in its neighboring regions.

Arin is based in Jakarta. She helps Escom Events local operations in Indonesia, she also do delegate acquisition, speaker acquisition and conference logistics support for a lot of our events projects.
Linda leads the office admin affairs, business administration affairs and internal corporate data management of Escom's Southeast Asia team and Southeast Asia event project. Linda has joined Escom's China team in the year 2016 and currently she is based in Singapore. Prior joining Escom, Linda worked for a large state owned company in China as admin officer for 3 years.
MC is a graduate of Business Administration and Marketing but is a multi talented person showcasing her skills with visual presentation, designs and illustrations. In her expertise, she have created different graphic designs for websites, logo and brand making, campaign advertisement, and also video creation and editing. Currently she support Escom’s overall design making for event brochures, banners, posters and all other marketing materials.
Cassie has worked in accounting and financial data processing sector for 5 years and currently she leads Escom's accounting and auditing work in Southeast Asia.
Eugene oversees the accounting, auditing and compliance affairs of Escom Hong Kong (Escom Co., Limited), Escom China (Chengdu Escom Co Limited) an Escom Singapore (Escom Mav Pte Ltd). Eugene worked in KPMG for 3 years prior joining Escom.
Jackie is a professional human resources expert with 8 years of experiences. She currently work as Escom's HR sector lead (Operations Manager) and she is responsible for recruitment, salary and payroll, people development and organizational growth.
