Health Facilities Enhancement Program (HFEP)
Estimated Project Cost: ₱32 billion

The Health Facilities Enhancement Program (HFEP) aims to upgrade public health facilities, including barangay health stations and LGU hospitals. By enhancing infrastructure, the program seeks to improve access to affordable, quality healthcare and support the Philippines in achieving health-related Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Dialysis Center PPP Project for the Renal Center Facility of the Baguio General Hospital & Medical Center (BGHMC)
Estimated Project Cost: ₱39 billion

The project involves the retrofitting of the BGHMC’s existing dormitory building into a functional dialysis center for delivery of quality services. The private sector partner is expected to be responsible for the finance, design, construction, supply of machines and equipment, and the operation and maintenance of the facility.
UP Philippine General Hospital Manila Cancer Center Project
Estimated Project Cost: ₱9.49 billion

This project involves the design and construction of a 300-bed cancer hospital at the UP-PGH Metro Manila campus. It will provide free clinical services for sponsored patients in a dedicated 150-bed area while catering to self-paying patients in a separate 150-bed section. Additional commercial activities will include parking and food services.
Operation and Maintenance of Pampanga Dialysis Network
Estimated Project Cost: ₱8 billion

The Pampanga Dialysis Network Project is a joint venture agreement with the private firm B. Braun Avitum Philippines, Inc. regarding the Operation and Management (O&M) of two (2) Dialysis Centers, strategically located as follows: (1) Dialysis Center I, within the premises of the Provincial Hospital, Diosdado P. Macapagal Memorial Hospital, Jose Abad Santos Avenue, Guagua, Pampanga, Pampanga and (2) Dialysis Center II, Sampaloc, Apalit, Pampanga.
UP Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH) Diliman Project
Estimated Project Cost: ₱7 billion

The Project is envisioned to be a new 400-bed public hospital (with potential for further expansion through an adjoining in-patient building, if needed in the future) to be located in the Arboretum site within the campus of UP Diliman in Quezon City and providing multi-specialty services. The construction of a 400-bed hospital at PGH Diliman will provide needed additional hospital bed capacity for patients in the target catchment which covers NCR and the contiguous provinces of Bulacan and Rizal.
Operation and Maintenance of Palayan City Hospital
Estimated Project Cost: ₱6 billion

Through a PPP Operation and Maintenance arrangement for a period of 25 years, the Project will create a sustainable partnership that will promote the general welfare and serve the public good by addressing challenges of health care due to local government budget limitations and other restrictions, thereby increasing the economic and social value for the City.
