Are event materials included in the delegate price?

Yes. When you register for a Escom Events event you are automatically entitled to receive conference and presentation materials.

Can I get the copies of the Speakers' presentations?

Yes. Escom Events encourages our attendees to complete a short onsite event services quality survey (Evaluation Form) in order to help us to improve the quality of our future events, and as a small token of appreciation for those who did, we will send out a website link where all the speakers presentations are available for downloading. The Evaluation Form will be available at the conference registration desk.

How do I get to the event venue?

Escom Events will send an email with venue details two weeks before the event. If you have any queries, please contact our office.

When will I receive my event materials?

Your conference documentation book will be distributed the morning of the first day of the event. We kindly suggest that you fill out the evaluation forms of our events in exchange of CD-ROMs containing soft copies of conference and presentation materials by the close of the event.

How can I meet a particular delegate at the event?

There is a delegate list available in the documentation package. Please speak to our staff, who will help introduce you to the particular delegate.

When should I pay for the event and how?

Full payment is required within 5 days of registration acknowledgment via delivery receipt. PLEASE NOTE: payment must be received prior to the event date.
Payment will be received bank transfer.

Are meals included at the event?

Yes. All meals and refreshments have been carefully selected to give you the highest quality dining experience at the event. Check the event agenda for details.

What about hotel accommodation?

The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee. To take advantage of our corporate accommodation rate, please quote you are attending a Escom Events event when making your reservation at the venue hotel.

Are there any notices of confirmation right before the event?

Yes. Escom Events will notify you via two emails two weeks prior to the event with details and the finalized event agenda.

Will I get the opportunities to join the panel discussion at the event?

Absolutely. Please speak with our event staff and we will arrange a proper opportunity to participate.

Substitution and cancellation

If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Alternatively, your registration can be credited to a future event. If for reasons beyond your control you are not able to attend (more than 45 days before the event and there is no alternative Escom Events event you wish to attend), we will refund the fee. Please confirm your cancellation in writing.Registration fees will be refunded by 50% for cancellations made within 45 days of the event. Refunds will not be made for cancellations within 30 days of the event or failure to attend without prior written notice.When necessary, events are subject to changes in content, timing, or identity of the speakers. On the rare occasion that an event has to be cancelled last-minute for reasons beyond the control of Escom Events, we will refund the full registration fee, but cannot be held liable for any other expenses incurred by participants or their respective companies due to the cancellation.

How do I comment or give feedback on the event I attend?

There is an evaluation form in the documentation package. Please write your comments and suggestions on it. Our customer service representative will contact you one week after the event. Your comments are highly appreciated.

What should I wear?

The dress code at the event is business smart (suit and tie, but not compulsory).

Special Needs

If you have any special needs, disabilities, and/or dietary restrictions, please let us know when registering so that we may make your experience at the event more enjoyable.
